- Insert measuring tube so that it lies flush with the upper edge of the iSi Soda Siphon bottle. Fill siphon with cold water until the wash spills out of the measuring tube (For the fizziest results, fill pre-chilled siphon with cold water and keep refrigerated when not in use).
- Insert riser tube with gasket into the bottle through the measuring tube.
- Screw the soda siphon head onto the bottle so that it is straight, hand-tight and threads can no longer be seen.
- Insert the iSi soda charger into the charger holder. The iSi system guarantees the highest quality. Use only original iSi soda chargers and iSi Soda Siphon parts.
- Screw on the iSi soda charger with the charger holder.
- Shake the device vigorously a minimum of 5 times and dispose of empty charger.
- Screw the cap onto the threads.
- To dispense soda water, gently press the lever, directing the stream towards the internal walls of the drinking glass.
